Customers begin by selecting from a curated lineup of professionally designed floorplans that have been optimized for livability, functionality, and long-term value. From there, buyers work alongside our team to personalize their home through a wide range of finishes and fixture selections including cabinetry, counter tops, flooring, lighting, plumbing and more. This streamlined approach allows homeowners to make meaningful design choices without the extended timelines, uncertainty, or architectural costs typically associated with fully individualized home design – resulting in a high-quality personalized home delivered on a predictable schedule and budget.
Step One
Choose Your Home Site
The first step in the Better Built Customer Select Program is choosing where your home will be built. Customers have the option to select from one of our available home sites within one of our thoughtfully planned communities or build on a privately owned lot. Whether you prefer the convenience of a community setting or already have land secured, our team will evaluate the homesite to ensure compatibility with your selected floor plan and guide you through any site-specific considerations. This flexibility allows you to begin the home building process in the location that best suits your lifestyle and long-term needs.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once you have selected your lot, floorplan and finishes, our team will finalize your home’s pricing and prepare your construction agreement. From there, our team will manage the next steps including permitting, scheduling, and build timelines – keeping you informed every step of the way as your new Better Built home comes to life.
